Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to support the Group’s legal and compliance matters.  You will provide legal advice and support to business units in Singapore and overseas (particularly UK and China) including reviewing, drafting and advisory for HR, IP and commercial agreements.

You will also provide support for corporate services functions of the Group which includes preparing meeting papers and take minutes of meeting.  You will draft resolutions and correspondences, maintain proper corporate secretarial records as well as ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

Assist the Financial Controller with the following:

  • Perform consolidation of Group results and financial information for SGX reporting
  • Work with other finance officers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis and statutory reporting
  • Prepare and/or review full set of accounts of listed company
  • Supervise, direct and review the work performed by finance officers in bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, collections and other accounting transactions
  • Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow forecast
  • Assist in preparation of budgets
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple competing tasks with tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with a positive working attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with consolidated accounts and SGX reporting preferred

Responsibilities:

The role will be assisting the Financial Controller with the following tasks:

1) Lead and supervise a team of executives to perform full spectrum of finance and accounting functions which includes:

  • Monthly financial and management reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Accounts receivables and payables and General Ledger
  • Balance sheet schedules and reconciliations

2) Financial budget and forecasts, cash flow projections, and track spending against budgets

3) Statutory filings including direct and indirect taxation

4) Monitor/review transactions in accordance with corporate guidelines and internal controls

5) Participate in resolution of operational issues with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Has an inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem solving
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple competing tasks with tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes
