You will be responsible to conduct lectures and tutorials at Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree levels for our full/part time students at our campus at the National Library Building and for our distance learning students via our online platforms. Apart from teaching, you will also be involved in curriculum development, preparing course materials, setting of assessment papers as well as marking and moderation of assessments for our students and the students of our franchisees and licensees worldwide. You must maintain own professional development and keep updated with technical knowledge of relevant subject matter.


  • Master or Doctoral Degree from accredited universities. Doctoral degree holder would be given preference.
  • Have at least 3 years of applicable industry and/or R&D experience and 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Able to conduct evening and weekend classes and online teaching.
  • Experience in conducting Continuing Education and Training would be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication and academic administration skills.
  • Dynamic, creative and enthusiastic, with an interest to nurture students and to help them to achieve their potential.
  • Able to teach at least 3 of the following areas:- Computing Mathematics

You shall be responsible for leading and managing a team to drive both local and international enrolments for our higher education (full time, part time and online) and executive education programmes. You shall be involved in planning innovative sales initiatives and be responsible to implement sales plan to penetrate multiple markets cum geographic segments to achieve assigned sales targets. You shall track the sales team’s metrics and analyse competitive offerings and prospect needs to determine product positioning, develop sales pitch and customise solutions to meet customers’ requirements.


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record in closing sales and leading teams to meet/exceed sales target
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Adept in working with a cross functional team
  • Innovative, independent and resourceful self-starter
  • Strong team player with emotional intelligence to get things done


You will be responsible to execute internal audit and risk management reviews according to approved internal audit plan. You will undertake audit planning and fieldwork and prepare work papers and audit reports. You will liaise with the heads of the various business units and departments for the preparation and conduct of closing meetings as well as monitor the execution of follow-up audits. From time to time, you will assist in adhoc reviews.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of internal audit working experience in audit firms or public listed companies
  • Working experience in the “Big Four” and MNC environment will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of risks, controls and professional internal auditing standards
  • Independent and fast worker
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good English writing and speaking proficiency


You will be responsible for managing a wide range of Group HR functions. Working closely with the various business entities, you will manage staff training, staff engagement and staff welfare, and execute HR initiatives to support business plans and objectives, including administering performance appraisals and streamlining HR policies and practices for continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevance experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with ability to build strong relationships will all levels and across different cultures
  • Able to manage multiple competing tasks with tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Innovative and resourceful self-starter
  • Strong team player with positive attitude, perseverance and resilience


You will provide support for a wide spectrum of HR functions including HR administration, implementation of learning and development initiatives and organisation of staff welfare events. You will maintain HR database and records of employees’ personal data, attendance, leave, claims, training and performance. You will assist with onboarding and off boarding processes. You will manage stationery purchase and prepare HR reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma holder in any HR/Business related discipline with at least 1 year of working experience or a fresh graduate in a HR related discipline
  • Good organisational skills and meticulous in handling administrative matters
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and adapt to changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with positive attitude, perseverance and resilience
