Responsibilities:

  • Manage Account Payable and General Ledger transactions
  • Check, verify and process vendors and staff payments
  • Record and manage staff refund process and payment
  • Track budget utilisation
  • Handle journal entries, accounts reconciliation, month/year end closing
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and has experience using accounting software
  • Good communication skills and positive work attitude
  • Meticulous team player with ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

You shall be responsible for managing recruitment of students from targeted markets for our higher education programmes. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and be involved in planning and implementing innovative sales initiatives to source for leads and to penetrate multiple market segments to achieve challenging sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Possess strong motivational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Mature and independent with good leadership qualities and business acumen

Responsibilities:

You shall be responsible for the promotion and marketing of educational programmes and recruitment of students. You shall provide sales consultation, perform telemarketing, attend to walk-in enquiries and participate in road shows and educational fairs/events.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Process student pass applications and handle all ICA related formalities
  • Attend to general enquiries from visitors, students and staff with via telephone or at the Reception Counter
  • Manage the administration of assigned courses
  • Monitor student attendance, conduct student orientations, administer course evaluation, coordinate exam registration, track fee collection, coordinate all graduation matters and attend to student’s requests in a timely manner
  • Provide advice to students on all student related administrative queries
  • Organise and drive participation for student events
  • Assist in daily administration and operational matters such as resource planning and management of classrooms and equipments
  • Any other ad-hoc project or tasks, as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Customer centric and resourceful
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work night shifts and on Saturdays
  • Must be able to read and write in Mandarin to communicate with students from China

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users and vendors in supporting existing and new business applications.
  • Responsible for application maintenance including bug troubleshooting/fixing and change requests.
  • Assist in managing application projects including project migration, pilot project testing and rollout.
  • Interface with business users in gathering business requirements, preparing detailed specifications, application testing and ensuring smooth roll-out of projects.
  • Involve in full SDLC cycle including conducting preliminary analysis, requirement definitions, system design, system development, application testing, acceptance testing and maintenance for new projects.
  • Analyse, revise and update existing and new functional documentations.
  • Provide SQL administration such as backup, maintenance and log monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
  • At least 2 years experience in application support and project management of IT business applications.
  • Proficient in MS Windows environment and application support such as MS .NET framework (such as ASP.NET, C# and VB.net), SQL Database (such as MSSQL, MYSQL), JavaScript, HTML, XML and Perl
  • Ability to think out of the box to provide new solutions and willingness to learn new technologies for future projects would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

You shall be responsible to conduct lectures and tutorials for students at Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree levels. Apart from teaching, you will also be involved in curriculum development, setting of assessment papers, marking and moderation of assessments, as well as counselling of students and assisting in marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Master or Doctoral Degree from accredited universities. Doctoral degree holder would be given preference
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience and 2 years of teaching experience at undergraduate level
  • Able to conduct evening and weekend classes and online teaching
  • Experience in conducting Continuing Education and Training would be an added advantage
  • Possess excellent communication and academic administration skills
  • Dynamic, creative and enthusiastic, with an interest to nurture students and to help them to achieve their potential
  • Able to teach in at least 2 of the following areas:

o Information and Database Management

– MSSQL/MySQL

– Redhat Linux

o Networking and Security

– Networking – CCNA / CCNE, VMware vRealize / VMware vCloud / VMware vSphere

– Information Security

o Gaming and Animation
