Community Stewardship

In line with our core value of being a responsible corporate citizen in every society that we operate in, Informatics Education is committed to building a strong volunteerism spirit amongst its staff and students and supports various community projects in the hope of making a lasting contribution and impact in the local communities that we operate in globally.

To encourage our staff to contribute back to society, each staff has 2 days of CSR leave to volunteer for community work.

Our staff and students have supported the donation drives for various worthy causes. We have incorporated fund raising projects for charitable causes in our students’ projects as part of their curriculum to give them “real-life” exposure to  manage CSR projects.

We have partnered with REACH Community Services Society, to train women from low income families with IT automation tools and financial spreadsheet skills. We have partnered with SG Enable to provide IT skills and bookkeeping training to persons with disabilities at Enabling Village. We have donated computers, books and furniture to various charitable organisations. We strive to incorporate sustainable practices in our business and will continue to reach out to the wider community with more CSR initiatives.
