Officer - Student Service (Helpdesk)

Responsibilities:

4 Provide excellent customer services to ensure total customer satisfaction
4 Responsible for helpdesk phone
4 Answering email enquiries
4 Perform some admin duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
• MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM SHIFT WORK (2 SHIFTS)
