The programme is designed for those who have interests in the area of developing applications for the mobile devices such as a mobile phone or PDA.

Students will be trained in understanding the concepts of emerging technologies in mobile computing and development of applications to be run on mobile devices.

Minimum 16 years old:

• ‘A’ Levels or equivalent conducted with English
• ‘A’ Levels or equivalent conducted without English (Must do English Communication)
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent with English (Must do CT and LS as enrichment modules )
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent without English (Must do English Communication, then Critical Thinking and Learning Skills as enrichment modules)

Mature Entry:

• Minimum 21 years old with 2 years of working experience
• No exemptions will be granted for prior work experience
• Exemptions may be granted for professional certifications attained at the discretion of Informatics Academy

The course comprises 8 modules of study conducted on both full-time and part-time basis
