Most modules contain elements of both end-of-term examination and continuous assessment by coursework. Continuous assessment is regarded as being very important in the development of the students¡¯ powers of understanding and application.
The end-of-term examinations will be 2 hours in duration. The weighting of end-of-term examination for each module, with the exception of the project and fully coursework-based modules, will be 70%.
A wide variety of coursework assignments are used, depending on the module being studied.? All coursework should be produced on a word processor. |
