Responsibilities:

4Reporting to the Head of Group Legal Affairs, you will be responsible for providing support in legal matters you will be responsible     for providing support in legal matters.

4You will be involved in drafting, vetting and making amendments to all forms of agreements with the respective franchisees,     universities, vendors, joint ventures, sales and purchase, marketing and licensing agreements. You will also be responsible for     maintaining the legal administration matters and accountable for being a custodian for all legal contracts, updating, filing and     ensuring that the contracts list is consistently updated manually and on the web site, as well as audited periodically. You will ensure     that contracts and agreements are circulated for approval within and external to the company within corporate guidelines and     timelines.
