February 2008, Nepal – Informatics Kathmandu (1801) celebrated its Sports Week from 9 Feb – 15 Feb 2008. The week long event saw staffs and students of Informatics Kathmandu taking part in various sports games, ranging from mini soccer, mini cricket and basketball, all in good sportsmanship.

The event was organised to make students feel a sense of belonging to the school, at the same time giving them the opportunity to forge new friendships with other students within the Informatics community there.

Students from different courses formed teams of 12 in a battle to outplay, outwit and outrun each other in order to emerge as champions. It was also a great way for the staffs and students to bond.

What matters is that, at the end of the day everyone had a great time, playing sports and making friends.
